In this class we work on the principles and strategies for defending and escaping the knee on the belly in brazilian jiu jitsu.

  • Concepts for correct defense : do not push and keep elbows connected to our body.
  • Fundamental movements: Bridge, Hip Escape, Going to fours.
  • Two basic Escape Drills: Going to single leg and Going to Half Guard for Knee Twist Sweep.
